A few kilometres ahead lies the village of Tinchuley amidst Pine Forests and a slight de-tour from Tinchuley would take you to the recently-made Lamahatta Park. Another major nearby attraction is the Gumbadara View Point, from where you can catch a panoramic view of Mt. Kanchenjungha over the endless stretches of Tea Gardens crisscrossed by winding roads.
